Kick back on the plush two-seater sofa, or sink into the armchair and unwind with a show on the flat-screen TV. A portable heater keeps things toasty year-round. The heart of the home lies in the stunning open-plan kitchen and dining area. Cook like a local with the gas stove, oven, and sleek bench space. A round dining table with stylish chairs and a built-in bench makes every meal feel special. There\`s a mini fridge, wine fridge, and tucked-in washing machine—perfect for longer stays or urban escapes. The tranquil bedroom invites instant relaxation. A queen-sized bed with luxe linens, a full-length mirror, side tables, and another TV ensure restful nights. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
