Overall a very good experience. A couple of issues with restaurant availability and availability of decaf coffee at breakfast and interruption of Foxtel TV service, all of which were acknowledged and promptly fixed to our staisfaction by management. We would stay here again.

This hotel is a 3—or 4-star hotel masquerading as a 5-star hotel. While there have been renovations and a few upgrades, the property is far worse than what the pictures show. Most rooms face a parking structure or an alley and contain gross and dirty bedspreads and furniture. The bed hurt my back the next day and contained stains across the sheets. Additionally, each floor is guarded by strange and uncomfortable glass doors. Overall, for the price tag of over two hundred dollars, you are better off staying at a cheap hotel for the night or stretching for the upgrade at the Sofitel down the street. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Great staff, lovely room, great bar. Stayed in the junior suite, could definitely use some sound insulation, you can hear everything that is happening in the alley, it got really loud and certain times. Overall good stay

Absolutely amazing they are the most incredible helping sincere smiling people doesn’t matter what u look like they don’t judge they treat you with respect and courtesy above and beyond quick with fulfilling last minute requests I can honestly say for a hotel there is nothing they can’t do obviously relating to usual requests or demands, they pride them selves in making each and everyone’s stay a personal and amazing one

Overall our stay at this hotel was excellent! The staff was nice and accommodating, and we got to check in early. I would especially mention that the shampoo table in the bathtub was high and hard to get to.

This hotel was exceptional. Every member of staff from the front desk, restaurant, kitchen, maintenance staff and the fellow at the pool area was hospitable, polite and a joy to interact with. The furnishings and atmosphere could not have been done better and the rooms have smart tvs with a full range of choices. We chose a junior suite on the terrace side and we could not recommend this place more. Well done and thank you for having us, it was our first trip to Adelaide and this hotel ensured it won’t be our last.

Nice rooms, however (mine) facing just windows of another building. Staff perfect at the front desk but understaffed at the breakfast. Rooms refurbished, but gym and pool would need refurbishment as well.
