Welcome to this brand-new 1-bedroom apartment positioned right at the end of Rundle Mall — one of the best and most convenient locations in Adelaide. Modern, cosy and thoughtfully designed, it features a comfortable queen bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, making it ideal for a family getaway, business trip or weekend escape.  
  
With shopping, dining, cafés and essential services just steps away, you’ll have everything at your fingertips. Many of Adelaide’s most popular attractions are within easy walking distance, giving you the perfect base to explore the city with complete ease.

Living at this apartment, you will be surrounded by parks, cafes, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Within walking distance, you will be able to reach the Art Gallery of South Australia, the South Australian Museum, State Library of South Australia, and the riverside Adelaide Festival Centre that hosts music, dance and theatre.  
  
The public transportations are just cross the road. You could get on the free tram or free bus to explore the city of Adelaide. You will be amazed by the near by Adelaide Botanic Garden, Adelaide Zoo and Adelaide Central Market.  
  
Getting Around:

Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.

Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.  
  
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000\. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.  
  
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
