Welcome to this brand-new 2-bedroom apartment located right at the end of Rundle Mall — one of Adelaide’s most sought-after and convenient addresses. Modern, cosy and beautifully styled, it features two comfortable queen beds and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a Nespresso machine, making it perfect for families, business travellers or a relaxed weekend stay.  
  
With cafés, shops, restaurants and essential services just steps away, everything you need is right at your doorstep. You’ll also be within easy walking distance of many of Adelaide’s most popular attractions, giving you the ideal base to enjoy the city with absolute convenience.

This apartment is located right in the center of Adelaide's CBD, which is a busy commercial hub filled with department stores and indie boutiques. Adelaide's iconic Rundle Mall is literately at your footstep.   
  
Living at this apartment, you will be surrounded by parks, cafes, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Within walking distance, you will be able to reach the Art Gallery of South Australia, the South Australian Museum, State Library of South Australia, and the riverside Adelaide Festival Centre that hosts music, dance and theatre.  
  
The public transportations are just cross the road. You could get on the free tram or free bus to explore the city of Adelaide. You will be amazed by the near by Adelaide Botanic Garden, Adelaide Zoo and Adelaide Central Market.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
\- 2 mins walking distance to Rundle Mall and Rundle Street. Your one stop for everything you need. The food, the fashion, the entertainment, the education and so much more.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.  
  
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.  
  
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.  
  
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.  
  
Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted.  
  
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000\. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.  
  
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
