This property comes fully furnished ready for you to arrive, relax and enjoy that Santorini feel right here in Adelaide. Spend your days browsing artisan shops or walking along the beach, however you like to holiday this central location is the perfect place for you.  
  
Welcome to the feel of Santorini right here in Adelaide! The perfect place for a getaway, enjoy the fully fenced property with peace of mind that you will have the space all to yourselves. Unwind in the spacious living room while the cook among you creates a feast in the kitchenette or just kick back with some cocktails in the private decked courtyard out front. Enjoy the high ceilings and cosy spaces as you relax knowing that everything you could need is at your fingertips. With one queen bedroom, you will have plenty of time to rest and recoup after your adventures in Glenelg!   
  
Enjoy access to Villa 2 in this booking, although both Villas are available to book. The property is fully fenced with free street parking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.  
  
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.  
  
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.  
  
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
