The ground floor welcomes you with a light-filled living area that seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining zone, complete with a split system to ensure year-round comfort. The kitchen comes fully equipped to make holiday living effortless, and nearby, a combined bathroom and laundry add to the home's practicality.  
Step outside to discover a relaxed alfresco area, ideal for entertaining or soaking up the sea breeze. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach a breeze.  
Upstairs, three generous bedrooms offer peaceful sanctuaries for family or guests. The primary bedroom features a large built-in wardrobe for ample storage, while ceiling fans in the first and second bedrooms provide added comfort.
