An ENTIRE 3-bedroom apartment ALL to yourself on Grenfell Street, Adelaide, SA. Nestled in the heart of the city, this modern retreat is steps away from Rundle Mall, the Botanic Gardens and an array of cafes, restaurants and shops. Perfect for families, business travellers, or holidaymakers, it boasts a spacious open-plan design, a private balcony and convenient in-apartment laundry facilities. With everything at your doorstep, it’s the ideal city escape.  
  
This beautifully designed apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and an inviting open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. As you step inside, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, basic cookware and basic diningware. A six-seater dining table provides the perfect space for meals with the family or friends.   
  
The lounge area features a cosy two-seater sofa, a beanbag, a coffee table and a side table, all centred around the TV. while the cupboards are stocked with board games for family fun. It’s a great space to relax after exploring the city. From here, continue through to the bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful stay.  
  
The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, built-in mirrored wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps and an ensuite with a shower over the bath, basin, cabinet and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, a desk and access to the balcony, while the third bedroom offers one single bed, a bedside table with drawers, a desk, a mirrored wardrobe and balcony access.  
  
The kid’s retreat room is a versatile space with a sofa, beanbag, wardrobe, desk and its own balcony entrance, providing a fun area for play or relaxation. The main bathroom includes a shower, basin, vanity, mirror, toilet and a washing machine, ensuring convenience for longer stays.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.  
  
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
