Perfect for weekend getaways, business trips, or holidays This comfy retreat offers modern amenities, stylish furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. With comfortable living spaces, nearby shops and easy access to public transport, everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay is right at your fingertips.  
  
This delightful property boasts two bedrooms, one bathroom and an inviting open-plan living, dining and kitchen area that makes you feel at home from the moment you step inside. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a washing machine and ceiling fans, you can settle in effortlessly and focus on unwinding.  
  
Entering through the front door, you’re welcomed into the living and dining area, where an L-shaped sofa bed, two armchairs, airconditioner, a coffee table and a sleek entertainment unit with a smart TV create the perfect space for relaxation. Nautical-inspired décor, a rug and a couple of plants add a cosy touch. The dining area features a four-seater table, ideal for enjoying meals or planning your adventures.  
  
Behind you, the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the cookware and dining ware you need to whip up a delicious meal. Whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a leisurely dinner, this space has you covered.  
  
Heading up the steep and narrow stairs, you’ll find the main bedroom, a serene retreat with a king bed, bedside table, a lamp and an armchair. The built-in mirrored wardrobe provides ample storage and the ceiling fan and smart TV add to the comfort. The second bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe and a study nook with a chair, perfect for catching up on work or reading.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.  
  
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
