Light-filled interiors, polished timber floors, and thoughtful styling create a calm, sophisticated atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The first living area offers a warm welcome, centred around a large TV and entertainment unit, with an L-shaped sofa, armchair, and soft lighting for slow evenings in. The open-plan second living space invites relaxation and connection, featuring twin sofas, armchairs, a grand bookcase filled with books and games, and a dedicated workspace for quiet focus. This area flows seamlessly to the private courtyard and lawn, where an inviting undercover patio with an eight-seater dining table and BBQ sets the scene for long lunches or relaxed evenings outdoors. Back inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for effortless cooking, complete with modern appliances, a Nespresso machine, and generous bench space. Choose the intimate breakfast table for casual starts to the day, or gather around the elegant eight-seater dining table for memorable shared meals. Three serene bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, each with a queen bed and soft, considered styling. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in robe, ensuite, and TV, while the third bedroom opens directly to the internal courtyard for a peaceful outdoor connection. The main bathroom features both a bath and shower for added convenience. A full laundry with a washing machine, sink, and ample storage makes longer stays simple, with a clothesline also provided for convenient outdoor drying. Reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, while the secure three-car garage offers ample parking and peace of mind. A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
