We were very comfortable here as the heating worked very well. The views were amazing and it was located so close to Semaphore. Disappointed the gym/pool/spa was closed due to Covid 19\. The only negative feedback was not having smart TV's with You-tube and Netflix, considering the house was amazing. Unfortunately we didn't see any dolphins. Perfect views of the dolphins in the port river a great Italian restaurant right around the corner, we couldn't have asked for a better town house or location. The property was well presented and ready to go. Fantastic 3 bedrooms all of good size, two large bathrooms one with a bath which had views of the river, beautiful! There was even a sauna. The kitchen was very functional, we cooked a Christmas lunch for 15 people with no issues. Fridge and Freezer where both on the large size. Outdoor had a great bbq hooked up to the gas mains, perfect for cooking a locally caught whole fish. The outdoor table extends to allow 8 people to sit around it.
