The Space:

This one-bedroom apartment features a comfortable queen-size bed, ideal for couples or business travellers.



The living area includes a full-height floor-to-ceiling window that fills the space with natural light, creating an open and airy feel. Positioned by the window is a table with two bar stools, perfect as a casual dining spot or a place to enjoy the view. A separate work/study desk is also provided, suitable for remote work or light tasks.



The kitchen is fully equipped with essential kitchenware and dining items to support everyday cooking. The layout is well defined, with clearly separated zones that maintain both comfort and privacy throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, along with shared building facilities such as the pool and gym. Other common facilities within the building are primarily for residents’ use only.



Please note that shared facilities may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled or unexpected maintenance carried out by the building management. Access to these facilities is managed by the building, and availability cannot always be guaranteed. No compensation will be provided in the event that these facilities are temporarily unavailable.

The Neighborhood:

While you are in Adelaide we suggest you check out some of South Australia’s wine regions - winery tours are available to the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills or McLaren Vale.



Glenelg Beach is a tram ride away – you can catch the tram at the opposite end of Rundle Mall (check out the shops as you walk there).



Adelaide Oval is only a tram ride away, so while you’re here see if there is a cricket match or footy game on!



Take the tram down to North Terrace and take in some history as you pass Adelaide University the art gallery and museum.



Adelaide has some great bars, microbreweries and Gin joints – well worth checking out!

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.



Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Guest Verification: You may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for verification purposes.



Luggage Storage: For temporary luggage storage onweekdays between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, you arewelcome to visit our office at 239 Wright Street,Adelaide SA 5000.

Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.



Welcome Amenities & Supplies: We provide a small welcome amenity pack to help you settle in comfortably at the start of your stay. For longer stays, or if additional items are needed beyond what is provided, guests are kindly requested to purchase these at their own expense.
