The building includes a swimming pool, gym and shared terrace for relaxation and exercise. Adelaide Central Market and Chinatown are within walking distance, while free tram services and nearby bus routes provide easy access to Rundle Mall, North Terrace and other key areas. Most attractions can be reached on foot. The Space: This one-bedroom apartment features a comfortable queen-size bed, ideal for couples or business travellers. The living area includes a full-height floor-to-ceiling window that fills the space with natural light, creating an open and airy feel. Positioned by the window is a table with two bar stools, perfect as a casual dining spot or a place to enjoy the view. A separate work/study desk is also provided, suitable for remote work or light tasks. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential kitchenware and dining items to support everyday cooking. The layout is well defined, with clearly separated zones that maintain both comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Glenelg Beach is a tram ride away – you can catch the tram at the opposite end of Rundle Mall (check out the shops as you walk there). Adelaide Oval is only a tram ride away, so while you’re here see if there is a cricket match or footy game on! Take the tram down to North Terrace and take in some history as you pass Adelaide University the art gallery and museum. Adelaide has some great bars, microbreweries and Gin joints – well worth checking out! Getting Around: 5 mins walk to Chinatown A lively dining precinct with a wide range of restaurants and eateries. 6 mins walk to Adelaide Central Market A popular destination for fresh produce and local food experiences. 9 mins walk to Victoria Square (Free Tram Zone) Access Adelaide’s free tram service within the CBD. The view was spectacular. So close to everything, CBD, markets, Chinatown. Swimming pool on same floor right next door, but you wouldn't know as it is so quiet. Three lifts to cater for 19 floors was excellent. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry would allow for an extended stay. Only suggestion would be for a pillow selection.
