A modular lounge invites you to unwind with your favourite show, while the adjoining dining area for four sets the scene for relaxed meals and quiet mornings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and thoughtful touches to make cooking effortless. After a day out, retreat to two serene bedrooms styled for rest and simplicity. The first offers a queen bed with soft linens and built-in storage, while the second includes a double bed and a calm, uncluttered feel. The combined bathroom and laundry feature a shower, washer, and dryer for everyday ease. Reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living area keeps things comfortable year-round, and Wi-Fi and off-street parking make your stay seamless from arrival to departure. Please note, the apartment is located on the first floor and is only accessible via one flight of stairs. A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Check-in: After 2:00 pm Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No pets No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
