We provide everything that you\`ll need for a comfortable stay including all kitchen utensils and bathroom amenities. With a balcony for each bedroom you will enjoy the amazing city skyline views from our apartment on level 28\. And with Rundle Mall shopping district on ground floor and Rundle Street restaurants just one street away, it doesn\`t get any more central than this! Our apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Master Bedroom contains a Queen Bed and has sliding door access to the bathroom. Bedroom 2 contains a Queen Bed. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a third bed to sleep a 5th Guest. This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is on the 28th floor and contains two private balconies - West-facing with stunning uninterrupted views of Adelaide City. This room features an open-plan living and dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The laundry cabinet contains a washer and dryer combo. The living room contains a 50 inch smart TV with free Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime Video - perfect for a quiet night in! Guests are provided with complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. We provide a limited number of complimentary Nespresso coffee pods. Shower amenities are provided along with premium hotel quality linen and towels. This stay was fantastic, from the communication initially, checking in and the week we spent there. Communication was clear, timely and responsive. This included sealing with a minor issue with the parking and us leaving an item when we checked out. The property is very well presented and located. Central in Adelaide CBD and close to the Torrens River and public transport, as well as the Rundle Street dining district, we had everything we wanted. The building is new and apartment well appointed with everything we needed. We were very comfortable as a family of 4\. The weather was such that we were able to open the balcony doors for fresh air overnight, but the split-system air conditioner was very effective when needed.
