Check in process was a disappointment, arrived at the check in location only to find there was no key left. After numerous confused phone calls, we’re told to go to the location of the apartment and someone would meet us. After waiting another 30 min for someone to give us a key we could finally park our car and head up to the apartment. Whole process took over an hour. The lady that we were talking to on the phone wasn’t even the host and was very confused and unsure what to do! ##### Adelaide H.
