This charming retreat offers an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy courtyard – everything you need to unwind. Located in a vibrant neighbourhood with beach access and local dining just steps away. You’ll have all essentials right at your fingertips.  
  
This delightful one-bedroom home offers a warm welcome with its open-plan living and dining area, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Brighton. The inviting living space includes a comfortable three-seater sofa, a centre table, and a wall-mounted TV, creating an ideal spot for unwinding. Soft ambient lighting from a standing lamp and air-conditioning ensure a cool and cosy atmosphere. The four-seater round dining table is perfect for shared meals or planning your adventures.  
  
Through a door on your right, the bedroom awaits with a plush queen bed, complete with bedside tables and softly glowing lamps, creating a peaceful, restful space. A ceiling fan overhead provides a gentle breeze, and the built-in closet offers ample room to keep your belongings organised, making it easy to settle in.  
  
Step into the well-equipped kitchen that is perfect for preparing meals with ease. With a gas stove and oven, microwave, and a coffee machine for your morning brew. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.  
  
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.  
  
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.  
  
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
