Sleeping up to 5 persons, the apartment is located at the back of the building on the ground floor level, & includes extra large lounge suite and kitchen/dining. The Space: Exceptionally clean and well maintained for an older style apartment, it is located on the back ground floor of a quiet block of 6\. This large family sized apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen and 2 Single beds, optional trundle bed and cot available at request. Apartment can sleep up to 5 persons. This is a no frills apartment perfect for those on a budget where location is at the top of the list. Getting Around: Besides being 5 minutes walking distance to everything Glenelg has to offer, getting into Adelaide CBD couldn't be easier with the tram running between Glenelg and the City every 20 minutes. There is also a main bus hub in Glenelg that can connect you to almost everywhere else! Other Things to Note: Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest. If you require use of the fold out bed, please advise at least 72 hours prior to your arrival or upon booking, as there is an additional charge to have the cleaners set this up for you with linen & bedding, and then pack it down after your depart. The carpark is located at the end of the driveway of the building. Off street parking is available for one car only. Please note, it is a very tight carpark and there is only 1 allocated space available per apartment, so you must only park in the space marked with your apartment number. The height of the lowest point of this specific apartment carpark is 2.1 metres. Most standard size 4WD and SUVs will fit. Additional cars or visitors to the property must park on the street. There is free parking available in the surrounding side streets, but not directly out the front of the building, which is ticketed. The check-in instructions were straightforward, and worked easily. Once inside the unit, we found the furnishings and fittings to be of a high quality, and in excellent condition. The supplies of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided by the host were most welcome. The beds are comfortable, and bedroom storage space is more than adequate. Cooking facilities are good, with enough pots and pans to see us through a few days' stay comfortably. The apartment exceeded my expectations, and, if I were to require accommodation for a small group in Adelaide, I would definitely consider renting this apartment again. ##### James G.
