Pour a cuppa or a glass of wine and take in the sweeping water views right from your window — the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. Step across the road to the lakefront, where kids’ play areas, sand zones and model sailboats provide hours of fun. You can even watch the lakeside playground from your balcony. Westfield West Lakes is just a 4-minute drive away, offering plenty of cafés, dining and shopping to round out your trip. Guest Access: You can enjoy the entire property exclusive of a couple locked rooms The Neighborhood: Resort-style living beside the lake. This holiday home is located in a very peaceful and quiet local suburb of west lakes. Getting Around: 4 mins driving distance to the Westfield West Lakes Shopping Centre. 8 mins driving distance to Tennyson Beach 1 min driving or 8 mins walking distance to the West Lakes Golf Club 3 mins driving or 11 mins walking distance to the local ALDI Store. Other Things to Note: Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges. Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours.
