The quietness of the natural environment surrounding the property, together with the breathtaking panoramic views over the southern part of the island and the neighbouring islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma, make this an idyllic enclave to enjoy a unique and unforgettable stay. Villa Karla is located just 10km away from the main tourist spots of the south of the island, as well as from the main shopping centers and water parks, such as SIAM MALL and SIAM PARK, recently catalogued the latter as the best water park in the world. A wide range of gastronomic, commercial and leisure facilities is just a few minutes' drive from the accommodation. Villa Karla consists of a single floor distributed in living room, fully equipped kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms with double bed, the main one being equipped with en suite bathroom, a separate second bathroom and laundry room with washing machine. The house has been built with great detail, obeying to a modern-colonial style which provides it a special charm. Already outside the property we shall find a reception porch with sofa and outdoor table, private heated pool, large terrace with solarium and sunbeds, and a private barbecue area with fantastic views over the sea and the west side islands. In addtion the property offers permanent internet connection via WIFI, Satellite TV and private parking space within the complex. Ci siam sentite le vostre vicine di casa, non le vostre inquiline 🤣🤣 La casa stupenda, nuova, arredata con gusto, curata nei dettagli anche negli spazi esterni, pratica e ci ha dato anche un senso di sicurezza (cancello automatico e telecamere). Non siamo nuove sull’isola, conosciamo bene i luoghi affollati e il caos del turismo, lassù, a villa karla, è stata una esperienza formidabile!
