An entire fully furnished G+2 house for rent in the CMC residential neighbourhood with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, perfect for a large group traveling together to enjoy the large balconies . All bedrooms with bespoke fitted wardrobes with two bedrooms exhibiting ensuite bathrooms. Ground floor living room & a kitchen fitted with modern cabinets as well as additional top floor family room connected to large balcony. Facilities: Parking, Living room, Balcony x2 , Service room

The main downstairs living room is spacious in size and is furnished with 3 large comfy sofas, a coffee table, and an HD Smart TV. There is a dining table space that can seat up to 4 guests. There is an additional living room/family room on the top floor that is furnished with a sofa and offers a spectacular park view from the large family balcony.  
  
Kitchen & Utility  
The kitchen is fully-equipped and includes a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven and hobs. The kitchen offers an additional dining area that can seat up to 4 guests on the kitchen island. In addition, there is also a second kitchen with an additional hob, oven, washing machine and sink which acts as a large utility room.  
  
Bedrooms & Bathroom  
The house offers 5 bedrooms in total, each furnished with queen and double size beds and bespoke fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 are located on the first floor. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the third floor. The house offers five bathrooms in total, each fitted with a bathtub or a shower. Bathrooms 1, 2, 3 and 6 are located on the first floor. Bathrooms 4 and 5 are located on the second floor. In addition, there are 2 guest toilets at your disposal, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.  
  
Outdoor Spaces & Parking  
Two large balconies available with local greenery and park view. Secure gated private parking within the premises available, including local residential guard on duty 24hr.  
  
Your Host  
You will be greeted by Zewdenesh, our local manager, as your host who can give you assistance anytime during your stay.  
Guest access  
The whole house is available to guests.  
  
Other things to note  
The house is fitted with high quality bespoke wardrobes and fittings made in Italy throughout the house and in every bedroom. Almost all furniture is imported from the UK with touches of traditional hand made Ethiopian fabrics and art pieces on the wall.  
  
The distance from the property to Meskel Square is about a 20 minute drive.
