Outdoor enthusiasts can explore Cima Norma or indulge in the Monte Tamaro-Splash and SPA resort. Additionally, the picturesque Lago Luzzone, Lago Ritom, Lago Maggiore, and Lago di Lugano are easily accessible from the chalet, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and scenic vistas. Other amenities include a grocery store 4 km away, a supermarket and café 8 km away, a restaurant 4 km away, a bakery 8 km away, a bicycle rental shop 6 km away, and the Biasca railway station 20 km away. For equestrian enthusiasts, a riding stable is located 15 km from the property.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 2-room cottage that spans over 60 square meters across two levels. The cottage has a south-facing position and features rustic and cozy furnishings. On the ground level, you'll find an open living/dining room area with one bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. The kitchen, equipped with sloping ceilings, has an oven, gas stove with 4 gas rings, a freezer, and a fondue set for cheese. It also includes a wood-burning stove. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on this level. The upper floor features an open mezzanine with sloping ceilings, one bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), and one double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). The cottage is comfortably furnished in a country house style.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation stay, you can enjoy various amenities such as terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and two deck chairs. The cottage offers a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, valley, and countryside. Facilities provided include a children's high chair, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (additional fee), and internet access (WiFi, additional fee). Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and two pets/dogs are allowed. A fire extinguisher is also available on the premises.  
  
Other Information  
The power supply for the cottage is provided by a solar panel, and the stove and boiler are gas-operated. It is important to note that electrical appliances over 250W cannot be operated. The cottage is suitable for families and is an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation in a picturesque setting.
