10 out of 10 experience, my only advice is for the hotel to start modernise the interior before it gets to the point were people feel it is an outdated hotel. I would retouch the rooms with some plaster and withe paint, and change the carpets that look have been layed 40 years ago. I would have expected a fine dining experience at the restaurant, instead I found QR code rather than a good old and timeless paper menu, and please do not serve condiments in a light blue plastic container, it looks very cheap.

Convenient parking onsite. Little lacking in number of outlets and the walls are very thin, can hear everyone walking outside the door. Otherwise comfortable stay with large room and balcony.

From the moment I arrived the reception staff were friendly and efficient. My room was very comfortable and was cleaned to a high standard. I had a Spa treatment yesterday and Natalie was excellent! Lovely looking hotel about 15-20 mins out side of city. Very stylish design-interior (brutalist structure with modernist furniture, art gallery and collection and installations throughout). Nice room but a bit old, air con was super noisy, but worked and could be quieted at less intensity, windows don't really open. Excellent breakfast. Amazing pool and nice pool area but beds cramped together and a lot of smokers outside so wasn't always nice to be there. One bad thing is no food available anywhere between 3pm-7pm. Or late at night, so not the best if your travel/meetings don't allow you to eat at strict hours. And not near any food shops so found this quite frustrating and inconvenient. Good helpful polite and friendly staff throughout.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton in Catania for 6 nights. As we have celebrated our wedding anniversary management surprised us with bottle of Prosecco and some nibbles which was very pleasant - thank you. Hotel staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Particularly Cloudia provided excellent very supportive services in difficult situations. Also Michaele live savings guy made the best Apperol Spriz. Breakfasts were great very tasty with a lot variety. Swimming at the pool was so enjoyable. Also very good setup with hotel beach entry. Just two things which bothered us was a smell from corridor carpet which in our opinion should be replaced and room air condition system which gave me a cough. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The lobby facilities were beautiful and the staff very friendly. As you go up in the elevator that shiny new feeling wears off quickly. The room was dingy and outdated. The hotel seems like it’s trying to up the quality slowly but surely and is making the most of what it has.

I'm not used to complain and write a bad review but this Time I have to. I'll start with the worst cause it's what most bothering me. The staff or someone else decided to open our room on the third day I guess using their master card cause the door was closed and locked. It happened without prior notice and while we showered. (Not for cleaning cause it was already cleaned and my girlfriend just got out of the shower and had to fight with them to close the door and talking to them didn't help cause they don't speak English. *We ordered the suite room based on the pictures that showed a hot tub but apparently it didn't work and they just use it as a tub. We didn't get the complementary water they said to give on the website and the welcome fruit basket where rotten. The hotel is very far from everything and there is only 1 bus every two hours. The breakfasts buffet was very limited and the night restaurant (the only one that was open in the entire area) had a very limited menu. The staff doesn't know how to deal with calm complains and didn't offer any solution to any of the problems. (Maybe if we'd just scream or shout then something was different but I'm not that kind of person) Its very frustrating to have a staff like this that only smile but isn't sincere and doesn't know how to comfort or to offer any solution. The only two positive things about our stay was the comfortable bed and the ocean view but it's definitely not enough to choose this hotel.

A great property with beautiful views!! The staff is very polite and helpful. A short drive or walk to shops and restaurants. If you decide to drink at the hotel bar get your drinks neat, there is a premium cost for mixed drinks.

This is a lovely hotel in Catania. A wee bit out of town but the hotel, restaurant and staff are excellent. Wished I had stayed longer.

The wifi did not work in our room, only worked somewhat in the bathroom. Unless you plan to rent a car or spend the money on an Uber, the bus only comes once an hour so it isn’t convenient to get to anywhere you would actually want to go seeing as it is about an hour walk from downtown Catania. That being said, the room itself seemed like it was half way through a renovation, the bathroom and flooring looked new but the dusty velvet walls did not. For the price it was not a bad stay.

Unexpected stay
Nice hotel but misrepresent amenities, such as parking. Double charged on tax. Deluxe king bed with balcony and sea view was hidden and small. Disappointing!

The room was spacious and clean. There were several items in the bathroom in case you forgot something as well as a list of items available at the front desk. All employees were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, but not convenient for getting to and from central Catania (about 40 mins away by public bus, which only comes once an hour). Also, this is the only hotel I have been to which charges extra to hotel guests for sitting by the pool / beach... EUR 12 per day... Cleanliness wise, this is not the best example of Sheraton standards. Pool very nice though and the staff are lovely/ helpful.
