The space
Welcome into this beautifully furnished studio, and enjoy a comfortable bed with magnificent views of the prestigious Airport Residential Area through an extensive floor to ceiling glass wall.

From the living room you could also take that same view! Your stay is amazing and stress free with a 42" cable TV.

For guests, the on site and adjacent cafeteria will allow them to have food delivered into their rooms or sit down for meals.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer , microwave , sauce pans, plates, cutlery, cups , etc

The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from the Kotoka International Airport.

There are several fine restaurants within 5 minutes of the apartment, where guests can enjoy delicious local and foreign meals.

Shops and supermarkets are conveniently located nearby where guests can shop for all their groceries and other needs.
Guest access
Free wireless internet and access to the infinity swimming pool are available while you stay with me on vacation or for a quick business trip.

During your business or vacation stay, please take advantage of the infinity pool on the rooftop.

The apartment has an indoor fitness room complete with state of the art cardio and weight training equipment, including a yoga studio.

You'll also have access to a safe and secured underground parking, 24/7 security surveillance, and you'll be granted electronic access to the building.
Other things to note
Only the balcony is open to smoking for guests. It shall be strictly forbidden to smoke weed, to make loud noise or to play music.

Furthermore, the apartment is only occupied by two guests at a time.

I undertake regular housekeeping and also maintenance, my team will knock before accessing the apartment, if they don't get any response then they access with a key to carry out cleaning and maintenance.
