Free-standing property - Three ensuite bedrooms/fully furnished house in Community 25, Tema, Accra, Ghana. Only two of the three bedrooms are accessible to guests.  
  
The total floor area of the house is 211.67 square metres on a land of approximately 0.6 acres. Security house with shower and toilet on premises. Concrete walls with barbed wire/external security cameras/intercom devise for visitors at the gate.  
  
Electricity/back-up generator and portable tap water/large water tanks for storage of water also available.
