The disparity in service quality was quite wide and I cringed when not seeing certain staff at the front desk. Cleaning crew does very poor Didn't clean room one day with no valid excuse The food is only ok and normally I can almost always fine things that are great on any menu The spa. The massage place was dirty The staff were ok mostly nice. Nice evening live music at dinner. There can be an improvement on the staff working on housekeeping. All said they have atleast two staff at the lobby who try to proactively solve problems as they come. Malgré un agréable séjour et un personnel acceuillant, mon séjour a été gaché par ces problèmes.
