With an exceptional and central location, you are just a short UBER ride away from the airport, labadi beach, restaurants etc

Dining- Dining table for 4 people. Air conditioning throughout the property.  
  
\- Kitchen: fully equipped with, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and all the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, forks, knives, etc).  
Iron and ironing board, washing machine and clothes drying line provided  
  
The flat has a lovely terrace.

You will have the entire house at your disposal.  
Also you will have access to all amenities of the gated community.  
  
The community itself offers beautiful community landscape. There is a huge swimming pool and sunbathing areas  
Other things to note  
The electricity meter is prepaid and would be covered by guests. Not to worry, it usually ranges between ghc 60-100 a day depending on consumption.  
  
\*\*Cleaning is available at a fee.  
We clean before you check in and after you check out. If you would like daily cleaning, we have that available at a fee.  
  
\*\* We are very particular about cleanliness and tranquility in the unit and we take all your questions and concerns very serious. It is our hope that you will maintain and keep the place clean as if it were your own home. :):):)  
  
\*\* No question is to small. You are not a bother to us, please ask any question and we will do our best to respond as best as we can
