The property is just 23km from kotoka international Airport in Accra and 20-25mins drive. The property is located along the motorway to Tema harbour highway hence away from traffic prone areas. Also close to popular night life locations such as Starbite restaurant, Vienna city, Passions night club, Monte Carlo, Greens Lounge. This is the place to have a good time.  
The space  
Property is a two bedroom unit with a compound that can park up to two cars. Area is very peaceful and secure. This is a fully serviced unit and comes with every amenity you will need in a home.  
Other things to note  
A GHS 1,000 damage deposit is required upon arrival, payable in cash. The deposit will be fully refunded in cash after a property inspection, provided no damages are found.
