Guests enjoy complimentary golf access and optional airport pick-up/drop-off, making this the ultimate choice for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway.

This spacious home offers:  
  
4 Bedrooms: Each bedroom is tastefully furnished with plush bedding and ensuite bathrooms for comfort and privacy.  
Living Areas: A cozy lounge with a smart TV and plenty of seating, perfect for relaxing after a day on the golf course.  
Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped with high-end appliances for your cooking needs.  
Outdoor Spaces: A private swimming pool, a patio for lounging, and parking for up to 4 vehicles.  
Perfect for family vacations, business retreats, or golf enthusiasts looking to relax in style.

A secure, gated community with 24/7 security for peace of mind.  
While some community amenities are still under development, the available features and tranquil setting make for an unforgettable stay.

Golf access is complimentary for guests staying at Montgomery Residences.  
Housekeeping services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

We kindly ask guests to respect the house rules and the quiet, residential setting of Montgomery Residences.  
Please note that the road to the location is currently underdeveloped as the government has not yet completed construction. To make your journey more convenient, we offer complimentary airport pick-up/drop-off services and can assist with any additional transport needs. Although the road may be challenging, once you arrive at Montgomery Residences, the breathtaking beauty of the location makes it all worthwhile.
