Our cozy getaway is ideally located at the heart of the Catskills, offering easy access to all the region has to offer. Originally designed as a farm structure, our thoughtfully renovated home exudes artistic design and provides a truly memorable upstate retreat. Rest assured, air conditioning units have already been installed to keep you cool during your stay.

Step outside onto the patio area, where you`ll find a welcoming outdoor dining space and a BBQ grill, perfect for celebrating achievements or savoring delicious homemade burgers.

There is the main dining area and a kitchen dining area opens for 4 people. also, there is a dining space for two in the studio cottage.

There are two (2) designated parking spots on the side of the house. Since the house sits on a corner lot, you will need to turn down the side road next to the house to park and also to enter the house.

• OUTDOOR •
The home has an open deck area and a backyard with outdoor furniture, grill, firepit, and outdoor shower

• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
The home is equipped with security cameras located on the exterior of the property. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.

• OTHER AMENITIES •
The home comes with a dishwasher, hot water heater, high-speed internet access via Spectrum, a hairdryer, and Smart TVs for your streaming apps.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $100 per pet. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash bin.

- No events, parties or large gatherings.

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.

NOTE: While we make every effort to inform guests in advance, it may occasionally be necessary for maintenance personnel to access the exterior of the property during your stay to service the lawn and other amenities. We respect your privacy and will never enter the home without your permission. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
