The place is definitely good value for money. Decent location, relative to downtown, though the area is a bit gormless. Room was clean and large. Hot water was usually tepid, warm enough to take a shower, but not strictly hot. We were there for two nights and for the price we paid it was a decent base to see a few of the sites. Restaurant was very so so. We ended up eating most meals at sajway nearby.

Good location. Unfortunatelly room capacity description does not match. We booked a room for 4 and we got just one bed??? We arrange additional beds for our kids but we had to pay a surcharge. How can you offer a room for 4 person with just one bed. I'm working in hospitality bussines for over 20 years and never experienced nothing like this.

Not so good, uncomfortable stay
It was a large living space, but I’ve noticed so many little details that made it really wrong. First, received two key cards but none was working after check in. Second, only one TV was for the whole entire place & super small. Then the place stated Iron & safe deposit box available but both was non existent. The water pressure was awful & shower was leaking all over the place. Lastly, there was no heating or air conditioning. Felt that the room I received was a cheapest for last minute stay.

Staff is excellent very friendly. Guest friendly, also! Nice location. Very clean, but a little outdated. Has restaurant, but does not serve alcohol. Thanks really enjoyed my stay!!

Decent hotel, Good value for money, Average.
The hotel room was nice, clean with good service, however certain things didn't work. one burner on the stove was broken and the curtains won't close properly so i had to tape it to the way to avoid being woken up at 6am. The plug points also didn't work, so had to ask for an extension cord. The restaurant food was very average. The biggest issue is the construction work around- it is noisy and all the roads were blocked which became an issue coming and going via car/ cab. However for the price it is still a deal. there isn't much to do around the hotel (walking distance) except a grocery store. but if you're planning on cooking and being out of the hotel most day, then it's a great deal.

You get bang for your buck! The place is really big and near a grocery store which is a plus when youre staying for more than a day. However the only downside is that there is an ongoing construction outside which makes it hard for taxis to find the hotel. Once this clears up, this hotel is perfect!

Area is surrounded by active construction zone.
I would not recommend anyone to stay here, not because of the facility but because it is in an area that is actively in construction zone, dusty and a lot of construction going on, not comfortable to walk around with a lot of construction.

Great hotel except WiFi
Stayed here for a few days. Plenty of space. Great amenities (kitchen, pool, etc.) ridiculously poor WiFi in the hotel. We did expect better. However, I would stay here again.

Check in was difficult and long. Room was adequate but mold in shower and dirty corners in rooms where they never clean. Valet almost crashed my car not watching as he backed up into a parked truck. It is a 3 to 3.5 star suite style residence hotel. Not a 5 star.

Overall it was good and location was central to everything, kitchen facility was very good. It had fridge, microwave, electric stove, TV, and even washing machine. However, i did not like supply of only few tea bags and milk. WiFi was very good and excellent speed. I will book again soon.

Good nights stay
I found the room to be very comfortable with ample outlets. Staff egar to help. Plenty of bars and entertainment within walking distance if the hotel. If new to the area the hotel may be a little hard to find. The sign is low and not on main road in heavy construction around it. Overall I was very pleased with the stay. Good quality for the money.

The room wasn't ready for my arrival, even though I called ahead about late arrival. The door lock wasn't working and there were no pillow cases or towels in the room. Although they replaced everything fast enough, that's not what I want to worry about when I arrive at 2am.

Great hotel near great shopping mall.
We had a great experience! As we entered the doors we were greeted by the concierge and reception staff. Evelyn and her trainee were very helpful and gave us many options for eating and shopping. The complimentary breakfast was good. It didnt have much of a selection but was still good. The room was amazing! I felt like I was at home. Great hotel! Would return and recommend to others!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel...at best a 3 star hotel with dated facilities in a rundown area of Abu Dhabi with nice but inefficient staff. Housekeeping was poor and there was ineffective handling of complaints. Not recommended!

It's ok. Not awesome.
There was a cockroach on the bed one night. The steam room wasn't working. Also, at one point, one of the employees were standing by the elevators asking each person that tried to go up who they were and what they were doing. Getting to the hotel was difficult and the directions on the Expedia app were wrong. the neighbourhood isn't the greatest. Corniche beach is about a 7 minute taxi ride away. All in all, it was ok but I would've picked another hotel for the money I spent.

It was okay but we didn't enjoy using the swimming pool as the time was limitted and not giving concrete information in using the ameneties. They should have informed the costumers about the rules being implemented.
