Staff friendly and attentive Bathrooms/change rooms around the pool area weren't clean Noisy room, our room was street facing and street noise was loud. We also woke one evening from the room above us being cleaned at 3am, could hear vacuum, it echoed into our room. Staff however did stop when we called reception.

The hotel has lovely large bedrooms which are spotlessly clean. House keeping is excellent. The breakfast buffet has an excellent selection of both hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only down side of the hotel is that it is next to a very busy road. The traffic noise in the city view room was annoying at night. I would pay for a pool side room next time away from the traffic noise. I would stay at this hotel again. Location is perfect for walking along the Corniche.

In general, the hotel is fine; however, its location is not very central, to find restaurants for lunch or dinner, you need to take a taxi. The tiles inside the shower need to be regrouted, as they appear dirty due to the grout falling off or having a darker color.

We started coming to the sheraton resort in 2014 and really loved the place. A few things have changed but the beach and pool areas are always lovley places to just relax and enjoy the sun. The staff as always were very helpful ,the breakfast is very good with a good variety. We stayed in a club room and found the club buffet poor and really lacking any decent food although the lounge was very nice and the staff friendly it was very basic. The room was ok the lack of any sound proofing is makes for a desturbed nights sleep the noise of the doors shutting sounds like a shotgun firing which occurs every night at varying times, we stayed on the sixth floor andni think we had the cast of Riverdance staying above us . We love this hotel and area and will be back next year. Thanks Sheraton.

The facilities are great. The staff went above and beyond. The room was very good for a family of three (executive suite). We were given access to the executive lounge for afternoon snacks and happy hour which was great, especially with a picky 5 year who always wants to eat.

There are only 2 restaurants, one was only buffet service, and opened 4 dinner at 7pm which was a bit late 4 us 2 eat. The other opened 4 dinner also at 7pm, but u could get something ala carte if u wanted. The beach was good, but the water too warm so it wasn't refreshing. The pool was GREAT, but getting a lounge was challenging if u didn't get there early enough. Would be nice if there were a PRINTED Channel Guide 4 the TV. The mini bar DEFINITELY needs 2 be colder, or replace them with a mini fridge!

The hotel was in a great location. all the staff were all very friendly and professional. The room was very clean with a generous sized bathroom. the beach was small but it made all the difference to our stay as the pool was drowned out with loud music which was not relaxing.

Very nice family friendly hotel
We spent 4 days in the hotel with the family and it was a very pleasant and comfortable vacation. The hotel is all renovated and has a lot of facilities to use (gym, sauna, hairdressers etc..) We booked the royal suite and it was super comfortable, also cribs were added for my 2 yr old babies to sleep. 3 outdoor pools are available for different age groups and what i liked is that the smaller pools were temperature adequate to kids. For Eid holidays, themed nights were organized on the beach section In addition, the manager of the hotel was always present making sure all was working as it is supposed to be I Highly recommend the hotel for family vacation trip

I recommend this hotel , location and amenities are excellent . Intern staff are excellent and very helpful , also the duty manager Sami was more than helpful. However the Middle Management and Night Manager seriously they require to be extensively trained in how to respond to customer’s requests as well as how to make customers feel welcome. I really hope effort is put in training the team , as it effects the experience one can have at the hotel.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were fantastic. Service was slow at times but mainly due to the F1 and the World Cup travelers all arriving in one go. When the food arrived however it was lovely.

A very beautiful and luxurious hotel, renovated rooms, excellent food at breakfast and a large selection at dinner. The cleanliness is the highlight, the pleasant pool and the private beach. We booked a club room, with access to the lounge, which unfortunately does not justify the price, really poor what is served there during opening hours. Gotta change that!
