Gleeful experience
It was such a pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel for everyone as the cleanliness, hospitality lured me a lot. Pool at the roof is a different experience for me. Mr.Mohsin assisted us so cordially. Only one thing is the receptionists were looking rude, no smile , i got scared at first but all others attended very well with nice smile on their faces....

Not recommended
The swimming pool was closed. I booked this hotel to enjoy a pool day. The website did NOT say it was closed when I booked. I spoke to 3 receptionists and they told me they would speak to the manager and call me back. No one bothered calling back. There was also a loud party that night so hard to get a good night's rest. So much for a relaxing break.

My guest arrive aroubd 3:30 pm and the informed me the room is not yet ready! Which impressed me, and they offer temporary to check in another room, till the reserved room get ready from sterilization.

Nice Hotel at Reasonable Price
Love the hotel for the service and courtesy offered by them in upgrading room for the comfort of my wife on the wheel chair.....location of the hotel and ambience was great too.....extremely convenient car parking right in front of the hotel lobby.....

City Season hotel is the best
I liked the location and great service of the hotel. The closeness of shopping, restaurants, free WiFi and parking. The room was clean and had a fantastic smell. I will definitely stay at the City Seasons hotel again.

Convenient access to city center with buss
The first night was a little bit disappointing because because we did not have a baby cot we requested and the noise of party was terrible from 9PM to 12PM. However, the stuff offer a extra bed for compliment, and the other two nights were comfortable. The stuff were all kind and professional. Specifically, the restaurant offering breakfast was excellent with kind and nice stuff. We would definitely stay here again but next time would ask for a room which is not located just above the party room.

룸컨디션은 좋았지만 직원들의 서비스는 안드로메다에..
비즈니스 트립으로 며칠 숙박했습니다. 룸컨디션은 가격대비 좋은편이 속하는데 리셉션의 응대는 정말 이게 호텔 맞나 싶을 정도였네요. 물론 이 호텔을 예약해준 호텔스닷컷도 한 몫 크게 했지요. 조식포함으로 예약해 당연히 다음날 아침 조식을 먹으러 내려갔습니다. 조식을 먹고 있는데 룸넘버를 물어봐 룸넘버를 말해주고 계속 식사를 하고 있었습니다. 그런데 레스토랑 직원이 조식이 포함되어 있지 않다면서 당장 결재를 하라고 하더군요. 이게 무슨 일인가 싶어 아침을 먹다 말고 그 직원과 함께 거의 끌려가다시피 동행해 리셉션으로 갔습니다. 리셉션에서 다른 직원이 조식불포함으로 예약이 되었다고 하면서 마치 도둑취급하며 당장 돈을 내라고 하더군요. 저는 예약을 조식포함으로 했다고 하고 핸드폰에 저장된 바우쳐를 보여주었지만 그쪽에서는 다른 바우쳐를 보여주면서 불포함이니 지금 결재를 하라고 했습니다. 서로 예약이 다르게 된듯하니 내가 예약한 호텔스닷컴에 전화로 확인해보고 내가 내야하면 체크아웃 때 내거나 아니면 나중에 내겠다고 했지만 지금 당장 내라고 큰 소리로 두 번이나 이야기하는 바람에 정말 화가 났습니다. 아침먹으러 내려온 사람이 지갑을 챙겨 들고 내려올 일이 없잖아요. 진짜 이게 정말 호텔 맞나 싶더라구요. 지금 내손엔 핸드폰 밖에 없다 방에서 지갑을 가져와 결재하겠다고 하고 방으로 돌아와서 한국 친구에게 메신저로 부탁해 호텔스닷컴에 전화로 문의해본 결과 호텔스닷컴이 예약을 잘못했다고 하더라구요. 제가 결재를 먼저 하고 호텔스닷컴으로 나중에 청구하라고 하더군요. 어떻게 호텔바우쳐가 저에게는 포함으로 호텔에는 불포함으로 갈 수 있는지 이해가 되지 않았지만 카드를 챙겨 다시 리셉션으로 내려가 결재를 했습니다. 리셉션 직원이 정말 저를 도둑보듯이 경멸의 눈빛으로 쳐다보는데 정말 짜증나 죽는줄 알았네요. 이 예약을 마지막으로 그동안 모아두었던 리워드는 쓰고 난 뒤에 호텔스닷컴과는 작별할 예정입니다. 영국에서 예약한 숙소도 밤 늦게까지 헤메고 헤메서 정문까지 찾아 갔는데 결국 숙소측에서 전화를 받질 않아 못 들어갔는데 정말 계속 너무하네요. 프로모션은 이메일로 매일 보내면서 제 질문에는 절대 이메일로 답변을 해주지 않겠다는 호텔스닷컴에게 이 호텔에서 결재한 조식 영수증은 어떻게 보낼지 벌써부터 걱정스럽네요. 어떻게 잘 되겠죠.
