I am not making this up. We had a bad experience last year and thought we would try your brand again. Front entrance did not have a self opening door. Hard to pull handle and handle luggage at same time. Handicap room was outside main entrance. Door would not open. Constant red lite. Clerk said battery was dead and did not know how to change battery. Gave us another room that smelled. TV did not work. Had to move stand to plug in. Travelling with drugs that had to be kept cool. Fridge was not plugged in. Went to call front desk, line was dead. Had to find cord and plug it in. The towel that was drapped over bathtub was soaking wet. A/C was on when entering room. Turned on heat, but kept cycling on and off. Not condusive to sleeping. Will not be choosing Super Eights again. I guess you get what you pay for. Are there not basic standards for housekeeping, like making sure everything works. I hope you reply to this email. Can you offer gift cards to any of your other brands?
