« Saw a cockroach in the bathroom when I turned the light on to double check we didn't forget anything before checking out. Security was not good, anyone could walk in through the door that was supposed to only open with room key card because it didn't lock or latch. »

« We arrived after a big storm and the power was out It was cold and dark, but the staff didn't pout They found us a room and showed us the way Just wrote down my info so the next day I could pay The next morning the staff said happy holidays and gave my kids a treat and a smile It might not seem like much, but we loved that they went the extra mile We got a late checkout because my wife had meetings It was a definitely a really good stay even though it was fleeting »

« This place was clean. Bed was comfortable and parking was sufficient. Proximity to shopping and restaurants is great, the main reason we booked here, that and the free breakfast. Elevator seemed "sticky" not a smooth unnoticeable ride but overall fine. Breakfast was lackluster....I'm surprised by the positive reviews on breakfast. No pastries, no fruit. Only thing that tasted good was the waffles. Eggs were bland but edible, the sausage was grey in color, looked very unappetizing, they should...
