"Planned this trip with my two siblings and my sister in law and we are so happy we chose Massimo’s Villa! Massimo is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to accommodate us on a very late arrival time due to some airline delays. We should have arrived at 3pm but due to delays and being rerouted through Rome we did not arrive until 1am. Massimo’s suggestions for restaurants and winery visits were on point and setting us up with a Chef to cook dinner for us at the Villa made for a very memorable evening. Would not hesitate to stay at this property again! 5 Stars!!!"

"We had part of my bachelorette week at this spa and loved all of the services. We had dinner at the hotel twice and everything was delicious. The staff was so friendly and even provided us with a bottle of complimentary champagne on our first night to celebrate! Everything was perfect and a great break from the busy streets in Rome! "

"This is an older hotel but the room was very comfortable. It is a short walk from the hotel to the main piazza and the train station so it is very convenient. There were many options for breakfast and in the evening the restaurant serves dinner although we did not eat there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will stay here again the next time I am in Montecatini."

From being easily reachable for any issues, to assisting in creating a special surprise birthday dinner, everyone member of staff were immaculate. A special mention to front of house Simeone, he was always on hand and made you feel welcome as soon as you stepped in the door. The pictures for this place do not do it justice, hidden away in a beautiful location this property was immaculate and I feel it will just get better and better. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
