The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet, sunny, and secluded location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, children's playground, swing, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. **Location** Abertamy, 950 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot and forest plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. It is a mountain lodge. Please order bed linen with booking. Access is via a field or forest path (gravel or crushed stone, length 300 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. **Special** Electric heating. Children's toys, children's chair, and internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception via antenna. Es ist sehr schwer solch ein Objekt mit fünf separaten Schlafzimmer zu finden. Die Lage ist idyllisch und ruhig, umgeben von Wiesen. Der große Garten lädt ein zum Draußen sitzen, Lagerfeuer machen und Grillen. Perfekt als Startpunkt zum Wandern. ##### Katja B.
