The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet, sunny, and secluded location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, children's playground, swing, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 160 sqm and can accommodate up to 17 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 15 sqm and with 3 bunk beds, fireplace, lounge, TV, radio, CD and 10 sqm terrace with 1 table and 10 chairs. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and lounge. Kitchen as intersecting room, 15 sqm and with dinette, TV, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Wind trap 10 sqm. 2 bathrooms each 15 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each 15 sqm and with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). 2 bedrooms each 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Separate toilet 6 sqm and with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.


Location
Abertamy, 950 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot and forest plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. It is a mountain lodge. Please order bed linen with booking. Access is via a field or forest path (gravel or crushed stone, length 300 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
