The hotel staff were very welcoming from our first interaction. Our room was sizeable, with a comfy bed and quiet. We had the breakfast in the morning which is always tasty.

Great place just let down on a couple of details
Staff all very good and enjoyed or stay, only negatives were that in one of our Rooms the Top sheet had dog paw prints all over it ( hence knowing down mark on cleanliness) and unfortunately a little bit of a muck up on a room service order.

We had the Slains suite over hogmanay for a couple of nights. Really impressive room and facilities. Room wasn't ready upon arrival but we were given two free drinks then in the room within 40mins, so not too bad. Staff couldn't be nicer, I had an issue with a fan/vibration noise throughout the stay henve marked down slightly. The staff apologised and told me there are workmen due out, plus suites will be upgraded soon...although really nice as they are so we'll return once they are refreshed. Enjoyed listening to the boats sounding their horns at the bells, standing on the balcony. Restaurant food and breakfast great quality too. Once again staff really fab!

I've stayed in Malmaison up and down Scotland and always have a great stay. Their beds are great with top quality linen so always have a great sleep. The last twice I've stayed (Edinburgh & Aberdeen) they have given me complimentary free room upgrades, which have been very much appreciated. In particular, the room in Aberdeen last night was fantastic (room 210). I look forward to many more stays at Malmaison properties.

Great hotel with friendly staff, good quality restaurant and nice bar. Ideally located for meetings with nearby companies during my stay. Club room was perfect for my business stay and the staff were helpful in securing the same room as I had to extend my stay for extra nights. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the city centre or 5 minute taxi journey, but the quality of the accommodation makes it worth the extra effort.

The place to stay in Aberdeen.
The Malmaison is always our go to stay in Aberdeen. Outstanding in every way from check-in to check-out. Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our suite was clean and luxurious, meals are very good, and one of the comfiest beds I've slept in. Had many stays now and simply can't find fault. Nice quite area 10mins walk, few mins drive from city centre and all amenities. Very reasonable price for the quality of accommodation. Highly recommended.

The hotel is with easy walking distance of the city centre and has a large carpark at the rear. Although the hotel is in the heart of Aberdeen it is very quiet.

We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was a wonderful surprise. The room was stunning we had never been anywhere so nice. The soaking tub was the cherry on top.
