Located near downtown Aberdeen, the Happy Hangout is close to Pinehurst (10 min), Southern Pines (10 min), Camp McKall (15 min), the Carolina Horse Park (20 min) and Fort Bragg (45 min). The quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house offers a full kitchen, an inviting living room and a great back yard with deck, patio furniture and a gas grill.
