The only thing I can complain about was we arrived at 4pm, our room was not ready til 430, not a huge deal for us, but was not comped anything for this.

Nice hotel. A worker propped the pool door open to the outside which seemed unsafe for children swimming. Anyone could have come in.

Overall comfortable stay
Overall our stay was very pleasant, the morning staff is amazing, super bubbly and always welcoming. Great continental breakfast. The beds were very comfortable as well. My complaints would be cleanliness of the pool, the curtains did not shut so you didn’t feel like you had privacy, along with if you have little traveling with you nap time becomes a problem when the room is so bright. Our room was also quite expensive, and we didn’t have a microwave. However we did have a little fridge. Last complaint would have to be the night staff it was very difficult to find someone at the front desk.

Excellent, clean, super convenient location - especially with Target/Starbucks/Mavericks all within a few steps. Kids absolutely loved the waterslide - pool area was nice and clean, though the stairs to get to the slide could use some maintenance. The only ding against this property was the staff - the manager who checked us in was lovely, but the next night my key stopped working. When I went to the girl at the front desk to ask for a new key, she audibly sighed, rolled her eyes, and stomped over to the key scanner. It was so dramatic I thought she was joking for a minute, but she wasn't. On our last morning, I asked one of the housekeepers for some cleaning spray to clean up a little spill one of my kids had made. She didn't even make eye contact with me and just said "Nope, don't got any". So, nothing terrible and we'll likely stay here again next time we're in town, but still disappointed in the lack of basic customer service skills.

The toilet is too low - kindergarten size. Elevator broke down again - had to climb stairs to and from 3rd floor while not totally recovered from hip replacement surgery.

The pool or water park was greatly appreciated. My children had great times. My children didn't want to leave the pool. I didn't enjoy the breakfast. There wasn't lots of options.

I was disappointed in the dirty conditions of the whole place from the parking lot to the room. Parking lot was dirty with trash and dead past Grass clippings. Parking is a nightmare. We were informed when we arrived it would be busy, but there should be guests only parking. Our kitchenette and bathroom were both dirty. Hand soap pump broken. Freezer was full of ice and coffee area had spilled coffee stuck to it. Bed is quite used and sags. Couch is the same. Up all night from other guests intoxicated in the the hall and outside our window in the parking lot. So bad people were carrying others into the hotel. Not a nice stay for an older couple on their anniversary

We booked 10 rooms for one night and what a great stay it was! Michael at the front desk was prepared for us it literally took 5 minutes to get us all checked in! Clean rooms, amazing staff!

Holiday inn express is our favorite, our grandkids love the pool, the adults love the hot tubs. We were able to use the breakfast room to enjoy pizza in the evening. The beds are very comfortable, I love the keurig in the room. The walkway to the restaurant is very convenient.

Found a used condom wrapper on the couch. The breakfast staff was extremely rude and seemed upset to be there. Inside of dresser drawers were dirty and I had to clean them before use. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was good with a nice variety. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall an ok experience, not the best or the worst I’ve stayed in!

Room was spacious. I booked so my 2 year old could play in the kiddie pool. The pool was disgusting. There was brown algae looking stuff lurking on the bottom of the kids pool with foam floating atop the water. The adult pool with the waterslide was too murky to even see the bottom. It was gross and did not even bother with it. Staff at front desk was less than helpful. Room service was not done, even when requested. I left with garbage and diapers overflowing from my trash cans in my room. Fire alarms also went off at 4:30 am one night. There was no staff to be found at the front desk to explain if there was any danger.

Beware that waterslide is not open every day. We stayed Sun-Mon and it was closed the entire time, very disappointing for the kids. Also tried to order take out from Maverick's Steak House (advertised in hotel and across the parking lot) and was told they were so short staffed they were not taking to go orders?! Didn't want to go sit at the restaurant and expect poor service so went somewhere else for supper. Room was clean and breakfast options were great.
