Great value for money.
Friend and efficient staff but I found the continuous response of ‘not a problem sir’ eventually waring. Room was excellent. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I will stay again without hesitation.

Their was no question on who was entering the property , no ask of identification. Automatic doors where still working without check of room key after 12pm.

Great Service
We were attending a swimming gala at Aberdeen Swimming Village. With the warm up season usually starting before the hotel breakfast, we were very pleasantly surprised when the reception lady told us that they had a number of swimmers staying at the hotel and that breakfast would be served earlier to allow them something to eat before attending the gala. We were told that the warm food might not be ready but there would be plenty of cereals, toast, croissants etc available. When we arrived to breakfast, the hot food had also been prepared in time for the swimmers to enjoy a bacon sandwich before a long morning at the pool. Thank you so much.

We were in Room 229. As soon as we entered the room we got a smell of food cooking. It was stronger in the bathroom. I think the kitchen was a couple of floors below us. The ventilation needs to be looked at. The bed was far too soft. However the breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly too.
