Had a great stay for our 10 year anniversary. Highly recommend getting a balcony room. It was so nice to sit outside and listen to the waves. We even saw a deer wandering on the grass. Only complaint is they need better chairs on the balcony. A comfy bench would be perfect instead of hard plastic chairs.

Our room was non view first floor but had a walkout sliding glass door which was nice for walking to the beach. Room was very big but very dark - window looked out into a fence. Clean with comfortable beds. Fridge and microwave were nice. Didn't use the pool but the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was OK- eggs, sausage, waffles, sugar cereal, toast. Would be better if yogurt, fresh fruit, and oatmeal were options. Only hot beverage was mediocre coffee; cocoa and tea might be a nice addition. Price was reasonable.

Loved the loft suite for our family stay. Our teenagers enjoyed having their own space upstairs with a separate TV. Beautiful ocean view was partially ruined by dirty exterior which blurred the windows. We would stay again.

The property needs a lot of attention. For starters the electronic doors when entering stopped working a few minutes after arriving, the tiles in the bathroom and in the loft had broken slats. The carpet was old and some of the threads were coming up around the hot tub. The beds were old as well mainly a spring mattress. The upside to this is how close it is to the beach, and the friendliness of the staff on site.

The rooms smelled and felt like it were a 1 star motel. We were afraid to sleep under the blanket. And left bright and early. Very small, uncomfortable room and bed. And the refrigerator had ice throughout it. Appearing to need repaired. Too expensive for the poor quality.

The hotel is just about finished with an update. Pool area nice and great long hours- it is also heated! Good continental breakfast. Staff are all nice and helpful! Great add ons for welcome baskets. Perfect location in town. Only rooms with a view are the upper 2 floors. Balcony rooms can barely see the surf.

Refused to accommodate our change of travel plans. Lost $200 on a prepaid reservation due to a family emergency. Horrible customer service. Stay elsewhere. Would not accommodate us or refund our money. Asked to speak to a manager and they lied and said no manager was on duty at the time, and that the person I spoke to before was the manager, who was incredibly rude and did not want to help at all.

My stay was a decent stay. The staff was very nice and friendly. Front desk employee was very professional and nice. The room we stayed in was nice and clean and organized. The bathroom definitely needed an overhaul. Most of the trim work, tiles, paint, wall paper, etc etc are outdated. Bathroom tub/shower looked like a handy man performed some horrible repair work on it. The swimming pool area was decent and the larger pool was very clean and not saturated with too much chlorine. The jacuzzi was some what ok. I wasn’t expecting it to be so like warm. Most jacuzzi’s are hot. Breakfasts was standard taste. Nothing too fancy. Basic eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, and waffle maker. Orange juice, and apple juice and good coffee for drinks. I will admit, I was fond of the coffee the had. Beds were made with care and the whole stay was decent. I would definitely come back. I do wish the would update the bathrooms and amenities.
