The Brentwood Hotel is set in Aberdeen in the Grampian region, 2.6 km from Beach Ballroom and 9.6 km from TECCA. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The units in the hotel are equipped with a kettle, wardrobe, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. The property is close to popular attractions such as Aberdeen Music Hall, Cathedral of St Mary of the Assumption and Aberdeen Library and Information Services.  
The property consists of multiple guesthouses Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
