Everything we could have needed was there. We are late boomers so don't care about a microwave😃. My Sister said that she wished that the window chairs were on a swivel to turn and look outside. It was comfortable and had a wonderful feel. I liked the inclusion of the property 's history in the folder. The beds are very firm for my taste but it's difficult to make that choice for everyone as a host. We loved the trail to the beach and the bridge with the description included of it's making.
