« My stay was great! Staff was very accommodating. Only problem was checking in. I was the only one checking in and it took about 30 minutes due to computer issues. They worked diligently and finally got me in my room. Definitely will stay here again! »

« The view of the river is worth a room with a view! If you want to enjoy the view even more, choose a patio river view room. The pool area is closed unless it is summer. I truly wish the hot tub could be open in the spring and fall. The restaurant is a must, excellent food and great staff. »

« This is the noiset hotel I have ever stayed in. The phones in the room did not work, (I put in 2 trouble reports about this). You could hear everyword the next room saying. Had to comfront them about this. The evening shift staff member could careless about what I pass on to him. For me this hotel will not be on my list to stay at in furture travels. »

« Parking was easy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. However the pool was out of order for repair. The only working ice maker was on the 3rd floor. Shower pressure was awful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was just ok. »

« Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...

« Easy access »

« The guy that was working the front desk on 5/8/26 around 3pm helped when my panicking wife called because I wasnt responded to get up for an early flight. He went above and beyond to clam my wife over the phone. I was unresponsive because of extremely low blood suger. He knocked on the door and kept calling the room till I came out of it and was able to bring my sugar up. I used to be one of America's heroes and today he was mine. Thank you! »

« I always pick these type of hotels AKA Holiday Inn Expresses because of their continental breakfast being so phenomenal! This one also had a pool and hot tub which I did not get to use this visit but it was in full operation. The staff was excellent and accommodating me in any of the amenities that I needed through my stay!! I also the location was very easy to get to in comparison to the places I was going to be visiting on this trip. If I could rate this any higher than a five star I would do...

« Parking was easy, secure. Laundry was available, didn't use. Room was clean, sheets were clean, bathroom was clean. Carpeted hallway was smelly but room was was fine, LVP flooring Beds not super comfy but price was good for a quick nights sleep. No breakfast or coffee, fyi. »

« I expected a comfy bed and warm shower after a long day. Right? Like back to the basics. I think there are some glitches that are off with this “Double Tree”. Sincerely think the staff do their best with half-ass mechanical system.No hot water. »

« The king suite with sofa sleeper room was our room. The mattress on the sofa sleeper has obviously never been replaced but was extremely well used. If you are going to advertise the room as having a sofa sleeper you need to replace the mattresses or just advertise it as a king room with sofa. »
