We reserved an expensive Premium Room. Arrived at night, only to find out that the bed mattress was extremely soft from both sides and high in the middle.
Next morning complained about the bed. At night we found that they moved the mattress around with slight improvement that was not significant. Spent 4 nights feeling like falling at night if we moved towards the edge,
Otherwise the room was comfortable and the rest of the service was as expected from a boutique hotel and the price charged during off season.
Also Expedia photo of a premium room was misleading. There was no view. the room was backed to another building blocking views and sunlight. 😡
