This is the best hotel! We loved the area and everything about the hotel but most of all the staff! We were treated like family, it was my first time in Buenos Aires since we left 60 years ago and everything was incredible! Thank you everyone!

Safe clean hotel in a great area to stay as a tourist . Staff were exceptional, the manager even made our daughter a colouring book to accompany a long journey. All staff spoke good English and were helpful with local area information and arranged currency exchange at good rates. The hotel was very child friendly. Nice breakfast buffet in the basement each day. We had a large suite room which was large with private balcony. Good restaurants and cafes just minutes from hotel. We used the hotels transfers and Uber while in Buenos Aires which both worked well, Uber being particularly cheap. We would absolutely stay again if visiting the city.

The hotel is very nice. It is a small hotel but everyone working is very friendly. Location is great. Breakfast is good and there is opportunity to have more varieties

Nothing really stood out. I'm very surprised at the high rating it has. It was a pretty average hotel. The receptionists were helpful though. The area around is is fine. Definitely sufficient variety in dining options. Walked to a museum.
