"Owners were very responsive when we had to contact them regarding an issue with the home. They were extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. They have all the basics including propane for the grill, salt, pepper, spices, they even had shampoo and body wash! It was a perfect space to watch the sunset and be among friends. We had coffee on the porch both mornings. The driveway is very steep but is 100% worth it. There’s a little country store down the way if you forgot anything. Would definitely stay here again, thank you Andrea!! They made it a magical weekend. "

"Fantastic property. Great location. Met the needs of our large extended family. Game room was wonderful for the kids. Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Only negative is that the floors and rugs were not very clean and there are obvious cobwebs around the house. "

"Ethan and his family werevery gracious and answered all our questions. We were surprised to be on th side of a mountain but our four wheel drive was handy plus 15 minute drive into Harpers Ferry was nice so it was quiet and peaceful. Lots of deer to watch!! Easy to relax!! Our only suggestion would be a small dresser maybe under thevTV and few more hooks for clothing since there is no closet. The kichen, bath and sleeping area were good. We enjoyed our stay in the peace and quiet!! Thank you Ethan!!"
"Check in was smooth. Rooms were adequate. Kitchen not truely conducive to cooking a lot of meals . Drawers disorganized and hard to fine correct cooking utensils. Pool was nice with towels and float included. One bedrooms HVAC made noise constantly. Wraps were finding a way in. But overall we enjoyed the location. "

"We enjoyed our trip! The pool was phenomenal, and had all the floaties and fixings you could ever need. Definitely pack bug spray if you plan on staying outside for any period of time! We needed to contact Paul (the host) several times about internet access and some outlet problems, but he responded quickly and was able to be at the property within 15 minutes each time. Our advice would be to bring some of your own cling-wrap and materials to save your leftovers in. In addition, be aware that the steps to the upstairs floor are slippery so don't plan to put your elder relatives on the top floor. "
