"The Kempinski Changsha is a very good choice for the quality of the service. The staff were all very polite with a lot of attention to details. The bed room was huge with an wonderful bathroom. Breakfast with full choices between western and Asian I'll certainly stay again in this hotel any times I'm traveling to changsha"

"my first impression is great but I changed my mind on the check in process. The front desk staff asked my check in information. then I gave him the booking number from Hotels.com and he said thats not available. However, I gave my Passport and my I.D. card for him for checking my booking status. He replied me that is not match information. It is because he didnt use my first name to check it. It made me so mad and feel disappointed. wasted my 15 mins to find my booking. this is not...

"Great location and friendly staff. One thing I was dissatisfied with was the hot water system. The first time I turned on the hot water at the bath tub and vanity, the pipe had bursted and very brown water came out. One of the USB ports and plugs by the bedside was also loose/broken. However, overall it was a great stay."

"I really love people from this hotel. My daughter (3.5 years old) was impressed that almost everyone (manager and people who works in the restaurant) she met here could speak English fluently. She did not have trouble to communicate with them at all. The manager Nataly was super helpful when she helped my dad get the elevator to the lobby for his Didi. All in all, we had a fabulous experience in this location. The only thing I would suggest is to have more free weight area in the fitness center, if possible. "
