"This is an amazing property. We loved the views, location and spa. We were very disappointed in the restaurants…sat at a table for a significant amount of time and no staff approached us so we went to the main restaurant but felt the same and were afraid to order meals and be disappointed so we left and ate outside the hotel."

"Excellent all the way around, from service to comfortable accommodation, ammenities, dining (buffet breakfast and outstanding dinner), location, housekeeping (visited our room multiple times throughout the day to make up the room, freshen up, turn down the bed, etc., but we never saw them once!), and friendly, helpful staff. We’ll be staying here again the next time we’re in Porto. Highly recommend! "

"This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with....

"Staff were very attentive. The room was large & the chaise lounge was & beautiful addition. As for the bathroom the tiles nice touch not the standard. The colours of the hotel was not the standard beige which was good. For a city break I would stay again but when the weather is better as I'd like to use the roof terrace. "

"Wow what a hotel outside the city stunning views of the river amazing pool and hotel employees all so helpful friendly couldn’t do enough. Went slightly out of season so not all facilities such as roof top bar available but didn’t soil the use of the hotel will definitely return and you can walk into Porto so good exercise cab only €8 away from the hustle and bustle of the city allowing you to chill out as well."
