« One of our best 5-star hotels experience with really reasonable rates. Staff is very friendly and helpful. very strategic location right next to the SaiGon Centre and walking distance to some tourist sites. We have very nice view of HCMC from the living room and all the 3 bedrooms. Very nice buffet breakfast and it's 50% cheaper to purchase the breakfast directly with Hotels.com. very nice swimming pool on the 6th floor. The access to the Gym (California Centuryon SaiGon Centre) is really...

"Pas de comparaison, pas de déception. Je viens de quitter un hôtel cinq étoiles à Hanoï : dès qu’on descend de la voiture, quelqu’un vient porter les bagages, ouvrir la grande porte, on vous offre une boisson de bienvenue, et on vous accompagne jusqu’à la chambre avec vos valises. À Hô Chi Minh, rien de tout cela — le service paraît ordinaire. Cet hôtel ne ressemble pas vraiment à un cinq étoiles : les équipements de la chambre sont plutôt au niveau d’un trois étoiles. Quand on ouvre la porte, seule la lumière de la salle de bain s’allume ; normalement, dans les autres hôtels, il suffit d’insérer la carte à l’entrée pour que tout l’éclairage fonctionne. Ici, non — j’ai dû utiliser la lumière de mon téléphone pour trouver la lampe de chevet."
