"Great stay. We booked the day of for a last minute trip. We chose a Falls View room but there was a glitch and we were alerted while driving. I called immediately and was assured that everything would be fine when we arrived but unfortunately it wasn't - our room had been canceled. The hotel handled it beautifully. We had a partial view the first night but they gave us a credit and moved us into an amazing suite the second night. I am absolutely fine with mistakes if you own it which is exactly what they did. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was beautiful. Incredibly clean. Staff was pleasant. Would absolutely stay there again."

"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The facility was beautiful and clean. We loved our room. The view of the falls was amazing. The location was great, close to the falls and clifton hills. Looking forward to doing it again next year! "
